Stila Cosmetics

Like many popular Make up companies Stila was started by a professional makeup artist to the stars. Jeanie Lobell started Stila in 1994. The makeup line stresses individuality. The Company was sold to Estee Lauder Companies in 1999. Estee lauder then sold the company to Sun Capital Partners in 2006.

Stila specializes in softer color palettes. Most the colors and products will have simmer also. There are a few products that come in a matte version. There are no flashy or bold colors in the Stila line. You will be able to apply all the products yourself and still look wonderful. It`s all simple and pretty.

They make light foundations and shimmering eye shadows. They also make a best selling lip glaze. Their face products include differing levels of SPF protection.
